Satisfaction Guarantee
All of our InnerTalk^® products are guaranteed to assist you in changing the way in which you speak to yourself. To benefit fully, use the products at least one hour per day for 30 days. However we recommend that you should play the CD repeatedly for achieving faster result.

If you feel our products do not work for you, please call Customer Services prior to returning the product to receive return documentation. We reserve the right to refuse refund should our return policy procedure not being followed.

Note: return documentation is valid for thirty days.

Replacement CD at a fraction of the original cost
All our patented CD programs come with lifetime service warranty. If a CD program simply breaks or wears out, return it to us and we will replace it for just AUD17.50 within Australia.

Important Note
As with any powerful technology, one should use common sense in its application.
